I am looking for some feedback to help with my research… please take the pole (if I can figure it out) or respond to the questions below my commenting.

  1. 1. I spend around 4 or 5 hours using my computer, cellphone, and watching television.
    2. I was around 15 when I learned how to use a smartphone and tablet.
    3.The youngest person that I have seen use a smart device would have to be a toddler.
    4.If I am told I will not have electronics, It wouldn’t bother me much. I think it would be great to get away from technology for a while.
    5.I classify my cellphone, Ipod, Tablet, Television and cars as “Tech”.
    6. I dont like to communicate differently over via text. I like to communicate the exact same way I do over text as I do in person.
    7. Technology has benefit my family by; 1. giving us a faster way of transportation. 2. Helping us research things for homework. 3. It has also brought us closer when we watch interesting movies together.
    8. 1. We dont spend enough time, as a family, together sometimes. 2. We Are too attatched to our electronic devices, which causes us to be unatatched to our family. 3.We waste our time on electronic devices, or watching tv. when we could be doing something much more productive.

    7. Cooking is faster and easier, driving is faster and easier, research is faster and easier, entertainment is faster and easier, and lawn care is faster and easier.

  3. 1. 1 hour on my phone. 5 hours on my Pc, and i dont watch T.V
    2.I was in 9th grade

    5. T.V , Phone, Pc, Ipod, lawn mower, new lighting ,microwave, oven,
    6.I try to do it the same, but over tech you cant find the emotion
    7.Ipad, it helps us find things to do. Phones, they help us stay incommunication . BBQ, helps us cook our food.
    8. Ipod , keeps me distant at some points. Ipad, distracts me parents. My laptop , it keeps me away from my homework and what not

  4. 1. i spend approx. 2 hours a day between texting my family/boyfriend and typing up homework.
    2. I believe i was in middle school when i first learned to use a smart phone because my father and some friends had one. I did not get my own until senior year of high school.
    3. I have seen babies maybe two or younger using smart phones. Although i don’t know if they knew what they were doing or just pressing buttons.
    4. I would not have a bad reaction to that statement unless i had homework that needed to be done. i would hope my boyfriend would know that so he doesnt think im ignoring him 😉

    6.I don’t communicate differently. i never picked up on text talk and short messages. I don’t like to text much so i usually call people.
    7. allowing us to talk to my dad when he is on business trips, staying in touch with friends and family, and having the wonders on the internet for information
    8. we can get distrcated by cell phones while on vacations

    6. Yes. When i write via text or email, i am extra careful to be grammatically correct, so to not cause confusion.
    7. Internet for research, television for educational broadcasts, computers for typing
    8. Too much time one TV, indirect communication through phones, wasted time on Instagram

    -A 1 year old baby

    -I do not get told that.

    -cellphone, t.v., computer, laptop, remote controller, microwave, dish washer, refrigerator, stereo, alarm.
    Do you communicate differently via technical devises that you would in person? How?
    -yes, i text. I also dont use body language when on a phone conversation.
    Give three examples of how technology has benefited your family.
    -made communication easier, maintains food fresh, reliable transportation
    Give three examples of how technology has impacted your family in a negative way.
    -it took away family time together, no privacy, arguments over television.

  10. 1.the cell phone varies, if i would add up all the mintues it would be about an hour or less, in the computer would be about 3hr or less, and tv would be about 3hrs or less as well.

    4.no dramatic reactions really, i can do other things
    5. TV, microwave, radio, cell phone, a computer and if you count the washer and dryer as well, oh and the frig, hairstraightner, coffee machine.

    7.My mom can contact her mom and the rest of our family that lives in mexico
    8.they only thing thats negative is the cost. i dont have young kids inthe house so, yeah.

    4.I dont have areation because i rather not be on it at night.
